LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR EXECUTION AND RECONCILIATION OF STAND-BUILDING WORKS AT THE “KADEX-2012” EXHIBITION

1. a letter of an exhibitor for building a stand (chalet) with a name of a Contractor on a participant’s letterhead (B1 Form);
2. a contract-application for quality inspection of mounting and electrical works executed, and a copy of a payment order with a confirmation of payment (№B2 Form);
3. a letter for an importation and further exportation of equipment for stand building with a list of imported equipment and tools – in duplicate (№6 Form of “Exhibitor manual”);
4. an isometric draft design of a stand;
5. a detailed plan of a stand containing all sizes and building materials types description under the hand of a constructor and seal of the organization, which carried out a stand project;
6. an electric project of a stand containing information about power supply voltage, maximum load capacity of every piece of equipment, drawoff points of electrical equipment with full deciphering of notation conventions and with indicating total power on a stand;
7. an application for connection to an electricity supply (№4 Form of “Exhibitor manual”);
8. a list of staff of a company (№7 Form of “Exhibitor manual”), taking part in mounting and dismounting works at the exhibition;
9. a list and copies of identity cards of the electrotechnical personnel mentioned in the list with indicating a group of electrical safety qualification no lower than the 3rd group and note of certification;
10. a copy of a journal of electrotechnical personnel knowledge test;
11. an appointment order of a person at the exhibition, responsible for execution of electric installation works on a stand;
12. an appointment order of a person at the exhibition, responsible for observance of the safety engineering and fire safety regulations on a stand;
13. a letter of guarantee of immediate reparation of committed alternations from a declared project of a stand and/or violation of rules of mounting-dismounting and reparation of damages in case of structural failure or cleavage of any part of a stand during the time of mounting and holding of the exhibition (№B3 Form).

If the documents for reconciliation of stand building are submitted from 30 to 15 calendar days prior to mounting works – cost of correspondence proving and quality inspection of mounting and electric installation works will rise by 50%.

If the documents for reconciliation of stand building are submitted less than 15 calendar days prior to mounting works – cost of correspondence proving and quality inspection of mounting and electric installation works will rise by 100%.
