In 2012 the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan is carrying out a regular international exhibition of armament and military-technical stores «KADEX–2012».
This exhibition held for the first time in 2012 aroused a lot of positive responses from its participants and visitors. Dozens of the newest models of armament and military equipment, goods, works and services logistics, medical provision, IT-technologies, construction and infrastructure. According to the result of the exhibition «KADEX–2012» a large number of business contracts and agreements were concluded that proved the currency of this exhibition, its efficiency and evident good for the manufacturers and consumers of military production of different countries of the world.
I am sure the exhibition «KADEX–2012» will disclose more sides of interaction among armed forces and defense-industrial sector enterprises and become a platform for creation of new business partnership and expansion of scope of activity and collaboration. I hope a business demand will find its successful offer at the forthcoming exhibition, and finally, it will provide armed forces renovation with modern armament appropriate to the world standards and as a result strengthening of their defence capability.

II International exhibition of weapons system and military equipment "KADEX-2012"

Aims of the exhibition:

  • Widening of opportunities and perspectives of domestic enterprises in accordance with necessities of the Armed Forces, other forces and military formation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, assistance of their production promotion to foreign markets;
  • Attraction of foreign developers and manufacturers of military and special-purpose production in the sphere of modern production and modernization of armament and military equipment to the republic;
  • Creation of favourable conditions for establishment and development of mutually beneficial contracts between manufacturers and consumers of defence industry production, experience exchange in issues of technological modernization of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

Main sections of the exhibition:

  • Land Forces and Navy weapons systems and military equipment;
  • Aviation and air-based weapons, air defence systems;
  • Special purpose weapons and equipment;
  • IT-technologies and communications;
  • Logistic support equipment.
